Can I curl and straighten my extensions?

Yes, our hair is made from 100% real human hair and can be styled just like your own. As with natural hair, you should be careful and always use heat protection.

What is Remy hair?

Remy means that all hair strands are aligned in the same direction. Each strand has a natural cuticle, and in Remy hair all cuticles face the same way, which prevents tangling and helps the hair last longer.

Can I return my order?

We do not offer returns on our products, as they are classified as hygiene items once the product box delivered to the customer has been opened.
